wow suddenly realised i havent written anything for a week .. pretty much nothing new to report been a bit of a tense week whatr with Andy waiting to hear wheather he has kept his job or not which he found out on friday..(yesterday) that he did... i mean what the heck was i worrying about, Andy werent worried in the slightest .... yeah right.....
Been trying to keep up with the wii but nit done much the past few days... and as for the diet well that kinda has gone wrong a couple of days BUT now with the second chance Andy has been given ive realised life is too shortso is gonna draw a line under the ast couple of days and start tracking and exercising again .. have got my lickle brother staying here for half term so we have had take away the past couple of nights so have gotta be really good if i wanna keep up the good losses i have had and get a loss on wednesday so home cooking is the way forward but the way the weather is the thought of cooking is not good right now.....
oh by the way . lost 2.5lbs at weigh in this week which im well chuffed about.......

phewwww what a weekend....
oh my goodness what a weekend its been ... well apart from Andy coming home to tell me that he may be losing his job and that he will know next friday.. so we spoke and discussed about the possible options available to us so starting to feel a lot better about it all... hey im sure there are worst things in the world than being on benefit and having to watch what we spend... im not saying we dont normally but if he does lose his job we will have to watch even more so what we spend etc....
The wii and i are becoming firm buddies .. loving this exercise malarky and feel so good afterwards even after half an hour i know that like 2 weeks ago i would have spent that half an hour in front of the tv or pc not doing any good.. but now im infront of the tv doing somthing good for my body!
had a really yummy dinner tonight .. plate piled high of noodles(70g) and chicken stirfry(222g) and loads of veg... i really must look into finding a lower pointed sauce .. im currently using the blue dragon ones and they are like 5 points a pouch well to me that seems like loads... Anyway BNTM is on and i have planning to do for the next few days.....

a day of learning things......
well what a day its been .. firstly i learnt not to have a pork pie and scotch egg in one day it took nearly half of my points but hey ho too late now.. i munched it so i wrote it down... so i had to adapt dinner so that i had a decent one with the points i had left and yippee i managed it with a few points to spare so that was good...
Also learnt that asda cheap lemonade is sugar free which is good because im trying to get off cola... so we will have to see how it goes....
Must admit though that even though i had a few points to spare i totally ruined that by having one of those new Magnum temptation thingy's ummmmmmm how lush are they..
anyway back to Green Day tv....

First weigh in with new leader
well after a week of trying really hard to stick to the plan i was feeling positive about tonights weigh in... i had managed to do an hour of aerobic activity on the wii fit 3/4 days last week which was the first time i had done any form of exercise so i was really quite chuffed with that.... so going to weigh in tonight i was quite confident... went in the same black leggings and white t shirt as i wore last week and well stepped up on the scales and closed my eyes.... i lost 0.5lb.. i was ok about it i guess.. but just couldnt understand.. i was drinking water... sticking to points exercising loads and yet only half a lb lost... oh well im kinda hoping that it will show in my results next week......
I thought it was about time i started a blog....
Well who would have thought it eh... me Rachie starting a blog.. well i thought if i was gonna take this dieting seriously this time i thought i might as well start a place where i can log how things are going and how i am feeling... so here i am ..... lets just see how it goes eh.......
